Have you ever wondered how a Paczki is made? Well here’s a few pictures of our guy’s making them.

This is Randy Shaffer above preparing the dough.

This is a special tool used to cut out the paczki’s

Then they are put on rack’s to raise.

Then after they raise they are taken to the fryer. This is Matt Ultsch carrying a tray ready for the next step.

Here’s Matt frying those delicious paczki’s!

This is Ben Bowers after 20 hours of filling those paczki’s with the different fillings.  The last step is toppings, glazed or powder and they are served.
