1 T. butter
2 tsp. sugar
2 T. Chef Shell’s Vinaigrette (any flavor)

Cook meat in butter until browned. Add to pan: Vinaigrette and sugar. Should thicken instantly. Delicious on chicken, pork, beef, or any other meat.
